At Mark-It Gifts, we are more than just a gift shop. We are a family on a mission to create something unique, meaningful, and made with love.

Based in Fort Wayne, IN, Mark-It Gifts was born in 2022 from a simple idea. As a family, we were always searching for gifts that felt different, more personal, and more thoughtful than anything we could find in a store. So we started making them ourselves for the people we loved. It did not take long to realize that what we were creating was something worth sharing with the world.

When Dan decided to build something of his own, Mark-It Gifts became that something. In 2023 he left his job to focus on the business full time, and we have never looked back. Our goal from the very beginning was to build a family business that puts family first. Having the flexibility to be present for the moments that matter most is what drives everything we do.

Family is woven into every corner of Mark-It Gifts. Kayleigh, Dan's sister, has been part of the business from day one. She designed our very first website and continues to be an important part of what we have built together. Melissa owns another company and brings her entrepreneurial spirit to everything we do as a team.

And then there is Ireland. From the time she was small, Ireland has had a gift for turning anything into something creative. Boxes, tape, and crayons became toys, inventions, and even a fully functioning food truck where she would take our dinner orders. That creative spirit now has a home in I-NIN's Creations, her own line of handmade natural skincare and home fragrance products within Mark-It Gifts. By supporting any I-NIN's item you are supporting a young entrepreneur who is just getting started.

Today Mark-It Gifts has grown to include booths in five Painted Tree stores and a presence at pop-up events most weekends across the region. Our shop features handmade men's gifts, beard care products, funny t-shirts, jewelry, home decor, tumblers, and so much more.

Every item we make is crafted in small batches with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. We are a small business but we are mighty and we are just getting started.
