We Are Not Going Anywhere
Share
If you follow us, you may have already heard the news. Painted Tree, our primary brick and mortar location(s) where we have had our products available for in-person shopping, has filed for bankruptcy. We received the notification this morning, and honestly, it hit hard. We have met some incredible people through those locations, and walking away from them is not something we take lightly.
But here is what we need you to hear loud and clear: Mark-It Gifts is not going anywhere.
We are a small, handmade, local business built on community, and that does not change because a building closes. Think of us like a food truck that just lost its favorite parking spot. We are already scouting the next corner, and there are a LOT of great corners ahead.

A Word About Shopping Local
Times like this are a good reminder of why shopping local matters so much. Every purchase from a small business is not just a transaction, it is a vote of confidence for a real person pouring their time and creativity into something they love. Please be kind to the other vendors who are navigating this alongside us. Share their posts, drop a kind comment, or simply stop by their table and say hello. It all matters more than you know.
Thank you for being our community. We are already excited about what comes next.
With heart,
Dan & Melissa
